Grate the apple and put into a bowl. Add in the oats, raw cacao powder, cinnamon, hot water and milk. Mix together then add the cashew butter and stir until combined.
When you first make them they will look really ‘sloppy’ however the oats will soak up the liquid and be ready to eat the next day.
These will keep in a tupperware in the fridge for 3-4 days.
