- Broccoli2 Florets
- CarrotsHalf a carrot
- Rice Flour2 heaped Tablespoons
- Fresh Goats Cheese2 heaped Teaspoons
This patty recipe doesn’t contain any eggs and is gluten free. It is suitable for Stage 1 Weaning.
Make one portion of pureed broccoli and one portion of pureed carrots (roughly one icecube size of each).
Mix in a bowl the rice flour, the fresh goats cheese, the portion of carrots and the portion of broccoli.
I use an uncooked pasteurised French goats cheese (Chavroux or Petit Billy). Chavroux is available in UK supermarkets.
Put a little bit of olive oil in a pan, lay out the mixture into patties on the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
PS: If you freeze some pureed vegetables anyway on a regular basis, this recipe takes less than 5 minutes to make! + you can vary the ingredients!
